Kaitlyn Medina

Kaitlyn grew up in the San Gabriel Valley in California in a bilingual/bicultural household where she learned to speak English and Spanish simultaneously. She attributes her career path in education to her multicultural upbringing. Before joining ARCC in summer 2018, Kaitlyn spent the prior three years working throughout California, Ecuador, and Mexico as an English Language Specialist. Her teaching experience extends from elementary schools through adult conversational English lessons. Kaitlyn has led four trips for ARCC in Latin America (two Summer and two Gap). When not working for ARCC, Kaitlyn loves hiking volcanoes, hanging out with marine animals, biking down mountains, and cooking delicious feasts.
