Kim Wheeler

Kim joined ARCC in 2012 after working with Americorps NCCC, where she focused on the areas of education, disaster relief, the environment and unmet human needs. On the side she ran youth programs for Reservation Youth. Her extensive travel experience, including her time in Germany working in a Child Development Center for the US Department of Defense and her work at an orphanage in Guatemala, as well as her outdoor adventure work on the mountains in Montana and as a whitewater rafting guide in California, made her a great fit for Adventures Cross-Country. When not working, Kim can be found dancing, getting involved in extreme sports, doing arts and crafts, rafting or snowboarding, to name but a few!
