Michael is a school teacher who has led programs with ARCC for the past 6 summers during the school year. He loves ultimate frisbee, a good cup of tea, and cooking. He grew up in Massachusetts, where he spent his summers enjoying the local beaches or heading up to the peaks and rivers of the white mountains in New Hampshire. Currently, Michael resides in the DC suburbs, teaching High School Physics. For the past six years, he has led ARCC summer trips to Costa Rica, Cuba, California, the Pacific Northwest, Yellowstone/Tetons, and Alaska. Michael’s favorite part about ARCC is seeing the learning, growth, and new friendships of the participants that come from interacting with new peers and seeing new locations.
