Meet the Team

Bailey Mohorcich

Bailey was born and raised in Missoula, Montana with trailheads out her backdoor. She was raised in the outdoors and attended a nature-based school in elementary school. Since then her passion and love of the outdoors have only grown. She attended Long Island University Global where she spent each semester in a new country/region of the world looking at local manifestations of global issues, impacts of colonization, and social justice organizations. During two summers in college, she worked as a raft guide for a camp on Flathead Lake in Montana. She also did a sixty-eight-day NOLS course as a student. Since graduating from college, Bailey has worked as a Montessori teacher, in Wilderness Therapy, and has led four trips for ARCC. She loves how ARCC combines her love of the outdoors, education, and extensive travel experience. In her free time, Bailey can be found, skiing, climbing, and advocating for social justice issues.
