    After an initial proposal inquiry and call, ARCC creates a proposal customized to your specific program goals, needs, and budget. We collaborate to refine the perfect itinerary for you and your participants!

  • Step #2: Recruit Travelers

    ARCC hosts an information night and creates customized flyers, colorful itineraries, and other promotional materials to help you recruit participants

  • Step #3: Pre-Program Preparation

    ARCC creates packing lists, travel tips, and pre-program curriculum (lesson plans, reading lists, etc.) and hosts a webinar to ensure travelers are fully prepared for their adventure

  • Step #4: Transformative Program Experience

    Learn and grow alongside your participants on the experience of a lifetime while ARCC handles all the details!

  • Step #5: Debrief & Assessment

    Debrief your experience with ARCC and track participant learning through ARCC’s assessment data and post-program report
