Bailey grew up in Austin, Texas, and studied supply chain management at the University of Memphis, where she also competed in cross country and track. She later earned her Master’s in Sustainability from the University of Colorado in Boulder, spending her Colorado years skiing, hiking, and biking every chance she got.
Now based in Singapore, Bailey has embraced life in Southeast Asia, taking full advantage of the region’s rich culture and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. Living there has deepened her appreciation for diverse ways of life, sparked a passion for slow travel, and challenged her to see the world through new perspectives.
She has led ARCC programs in both Hawaii and Alaska and is stoked to keep working with students in meaningful, experience-driven ways. When she’s not trip leading, you’ll likely find Bailey reading, practicing yoga, running, or tasting something new and delicious.
