Bailey was born and raised in Missoula, Montana with trailheads out her backdoor which fostered her love of the outdoors. She attended Long Island University Global where she spent each semester in a new country/region of the world looking at local manifestations of global issues, impacts of colonization, and social justice organizations. Since graduating from college, Bailey has worked as a Montessori teacher, in Wilderness Therapy, and has led ten trips for ARCC. Bailey has also worked as Assistant Director for ARCC. She loves how ARCC combines her love of the outdoors, education, and travel. Bailey is currently pursing her Masters of Social work. In her free time, Bailey can be found, skiing, climbing, dressing up in fun costumes, and advocating for social justice issues.
