Bailey Mohorcich

Assistant Director

Bailey joined the office staff in March 2024 after leading 4 gap semester programs, 3 summer programs, and 3 custom programs for ARCC. She grew up in Montana and loved being outdoors from an early age. Bailey got her undergraduate degree in Global Studies with a minor in Spanish from Long Island University Global- where she traveled to a different country each semester. Her passion for travel while learning about local manifestations of global issues only grew from there which is what led her to working for ARCC.

What are you passionate about?
I am currently pursuing my masters of social work and am really passionate about social justice issues. I’ve learned so much from traveling and learning from local community members about how these issues impact them and the places that they live.

What is your favorite ARCC Program/place you’ve visited?
During my final gap semester in the spring of 2023 I got to visit the Galapagos islands! I was in awe the entire time I was there. It’s a challenging place to get to on your own so I feel extremely fortunate to have gotten to go with ARCC and experience the magic alongside my students!

What’s on your bucket list?
So many things! The place I most want to visit next in my travels is Columbia. I absolutely love speaking Spanish, eating fresh fruit from markets and dancing to latin music.
